Your Right to Cancel
If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise this right, please contact us before returning your item.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Returned within 14 days after notifying us of your cancellation.
- Unworn and unused.
- Unwashed.
- In their original condition.
- Returned with any original packaging where reasonably possible.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund if an item has been handled beyond what is necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics and functioning.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number.
- A description of the issue.
- Clear photographs of the item and the packaging where applicable.
Where appropriate, we will provide a replacement, repair or full refund at no additional cost.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear.
If you paid using Klarna, PayPal or another payment provider, their own processing times may also apply.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges.
If you would like a different size or colour, please return your eligible item in accordance with this policy and place a new order.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot accept responsibility for returns lost during transit.
